JOCKER is a patented innovation by Laurini, representing the most advanced solution for the scarification and surface demolition of highway tunnel vaults. Designed to redefine safety, efficiency, and precision, JOCKER stands as a true technological milestone in the field of concrete milling.

Positioned along the central axis of the tunnel, JOCKER operates through a telescopic arm carrying a Simex MP 1000 HD milling head, allowing it to work seamlessly across the entire curvature of the vault without interruption. Its automatic guidance system follows the tunnel geometry with extreme accuracy, ensuring uniform milling results throughout the entire working arc.

Once the operation is initiated, the advancement proceeds automatically. The operator only supervises the process from a remote and safe position, significantly reducing human exposure and increasing productivity. This high level of automation results in greater hourly output, time savings, and improved operator safety.

The hydraulically extendable undercarriage ensures compact transport dimensions and exceptional stability during operation. Powered by a Caterpillar C13 engine delivering 340 kW, and equipped with a dedicated Danfoss hydraulic system, JOCKER guarantees maximum performance, high flow rate, and superior milling precision.
