Cabina sollevabile e inclinabile – Massima flessibilità e comfort

La cabina sollevabile e inclinabile di ECHLE Hartstahl GmbH rappresenta l’ergonomia innovativa, una visibilità migliorata e la massima sicurezza nelle operazioni di cantiere più impegnative. Combinando una funzione di sollevamento estesa con un sistema di inclinazione ergonomico, riduce significativamente l’affaticamento dell’operatore aumentando l’efficienza complessiva.

Ergonomia e comfort

La combinazione di regolazione in altezza e funzione di inclinazione continua garantisce una posizione di lavoro ottimale in ogni situazione. Dopo la modifica, la cabina può essere inclinata senza scatti fino a circa 30°. I cilindri idraulici con valvole di blocco del carico assicurano un posizionamento sicuro e stabile in ogni momento.

Visibilità ottimizzata

Con un’altezza di sollevamento di circa 2.300 mm, offre una visibilità panoramica eccezionale – ideale per applicazioni di demolizione, movimentazione e selezione dei materiali.

Ingegneria avanzata

Il sistema di sollevamento funziona tramite un cilindro idraulico e un telaio di sollevamento collegati al sottocarro dell’escavatore tramite cinematica parallela. Tutte le linee rilevanti sono regolate e prolungate professionalmente per garantire un’integrazione perfetta nella macchina.

Semplicità d’uso

Il sistema funziona a pressione media e non richiede comandi aggiuntivi. Si integra facilmente nel sistema idraulico esistente della macchina.

Massima sicurezza

Una funzione integrata di abbassamento di emergenza garantisce il massimo livello di sicurezza. Può essere attivata sia dall’interno della cabina che da terra.

Durata e protezione

Tutti i componenti sono sabbiati, primerizzati e verniciati per offrire una protezione ottimale contro la corrosione e una finitura di alta qualità.
