Description

DECKHAND LT Pipe Handler

DECKHAND LT Pipe Handler

LaValley Industries

Purpose-built for horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and utility work, the DECKHAND® LT combines safety and cost efficiency for handling drill rod, pipe, and tooling. The DECKHAND system is a modular design that consists of a main head unit that works in tandem with interchangeable arm attachments. The head unit mounts to any brand of excavator; the excavator’s auxiliary hydraulics then safely and efficiently power the system. Interchangeable arms are used to pick up pipe, poles, casings, or road mats and securely lift, lower, rotate, and tilt the load under the total control of the operator inside the excavator cab. DECKHAND Arms: • Utility Arm - Handles pipe, poles, I-beams, and casings in all weather conditions. Fast and efficient in vertical applications such as utility pole installation. • Directional Drilling Arm - Handles drill rod or uncoated pipe on and off trailers, rail cards, or pipe racks without disturbing adjacent pipe.

DECKHAND S Pipe Handler

DECKHAND S Pipe Handler

LaValley Industries

The DECKHAND® S is a small, versatile excavator attachment engineered for safe, precise load handling across job sites. It mounts to most excavator brands (including wheeled excavators) and uses auxiliary hydraulics to lift, rotate, tilt, and place pipe, poles, casings, or mats, all from inside the cab—reducing on-ground risk and boosting productivity.
