Cabine élévatrice-inclinable – Flexibilité et confort maximum

La cabine élévatrice-inclinable de ECHLE Hartstahl GmbH incarne l’ergonomie innovante, une visibilité améliorée et une sécurité maximale pour les opérations exigeantes sur chantier. En combinant une fonction d’élévation étendue à un système d’inclinaison ergonomique, elle réduit considérablement la fatigue de l’opérateur tout en augmentant l’efficacité globale.

Ergonomie & Confort

La combinaison du réglage en hauteur et de l’inclinaison progressive garantit une position de travail optimale en toute situation. Après modification, la cabine peut être inclinée de façon continue jusqu’à environ 30°. Les vérins hydrauliques avec valves de maintien de charge assurent à tout moment une position sûre et stable.

Visibilité optimisée

Avec une hauteur d’élévation d’environ 2 300 mm, elle offre une visibilité panoramique exceptionnelle – idéale pour la démolition, la manutention et le tri des matériaux.

Ingénierie avancée

Le système d’élévation fonctionne via un vérin hydraulique et un cadre de levage reliés au châssis de la pelle par une cinématique parallèle. Toutes les conduites concernées sont ajustées et rallongées de manière professionnelle pour garantir une intégration parfaite à la machine.

Utilisation simple

Le système fonctionne en pression moyenne et ne nécessite aucun dispositif de commande supplémentaire. Il s’intègre facilement au système hydraulique existant de la machine.

Sécurité maximale

Une fonction de descente d’urgence intégrée assure le plus haut niveau de sécurité. Elle peut être activée aussi bien depuis l’intérieur de la cabine qu’au niveau du sol.
