Description

EIK Amphibious Transporter is specially designed to operate in marshy areas, swamps, wetlands, soft terrain, and shallow water environments where conventional equipment cannot function effectively. The Amphibious Transporter consists of an EIK amphibious undercarriage integrated with a purpose built upper structure, including operator cabin, engine system, and working platform, providing reliable mobility and load carrying capability in challenging amphibious conditions. The innovative engineering of the undercarriage allows the Amphibious Transporter to be customised for various operational needs. The platform can be configured to suit different undercarriage models and project requirements, enabling its use as a material carrier, equipment transporter, or mobile working platform. Designed for stability, versatility, and durability, the EIK Amphibious Transporter delivers consistent performance in demanding environments. APPLICATION Transportation of passengers, cargo, equipment, and materials in swamp, wetland, river, and coastal projects. FEATURES -Patented multi synchronous hydraulic motor direct drive system for efficient propulsion. -Hermetically sealed pontoons with multiple bulkheads for enhanced flotation and safety. -Service manholes on each pontoon for easy maintenance and field servicing. -Heavy duty track chain system laser trimmed for high precision and durability. -Graphite bushings for extended service life and reduced wear. -Modular design for easy transportation, installation, and customisation.

Amphibious excavator ECHLE

Amphibious excavator ECHLE

ECHLE

Echle Amphibious Excavators: Unmatched Stability on Soft Ground Where standard machinery reaches its limits, Echle Hartstahl engineering truly begins. Our Amphibious Excavators are specifically designed for operations in marshes, swamps, and shorelines—environments where conventional tracked excavators would inevitably sink. The core of our solution lies in the large-volume pontoons. These specialized, buoyant undercarriages provide an immense surface area to minimize ground pressure. The result: The amphibious excavator remains fully maneuverable and stable, even on extremely waterlogged soil or in shallow water conditions. APPLICATIONS - Waterway Maintenance: Cleaning of canals, ponds, and retention basins. - Moorland Protection & Restoration: Low-impact work in ecologically sensitive areas. - Coastal Protection: Maintenance of dike systems and operations in tidal flats (Wadden Sea). - Specialized Civil Engineering: Accessing construction sites in extremely soft terrain. FEATURES & BENEFITS - Stability through Pontoons: The large-scale buoyant hulls provide maximum flotation and prevent the machine from sinking into mud and silt. - Heavy-Duty Track System: Specifically engineered for continuous operation in water and debris to minimize wear and tear. - Precision Drive: Powerful hydraulic motors ensure smooth propulsion and full control in every situation. - Long-Life Sealing: All moving parts of the undercarriage are sealed to ensure reliable operation even under permanent exposure to moisture. - Easy Maintenance: Integrated service manholes on the pontoons allow for quick on-site inspections. - Logistics Advantage: For road transport, the undercarriages can be retracted to a compact width.

STC Solutions

The STC LRE increases the reach of the machine a lot, especially forward and in the depth. It is very suitable for excavation works and profiling and can be used for dredging and underwater works. Over the last 20 years, STC has optimized the LRE front in design and material.
